Shipping & Returns


We ship worldwide via third party shipping companies like USPS, UPS and Fedex. Make sure shipping address is current, correct and complete. We are NOT responsible for decals that are shipped to an incorrect address. You will be charged to have your package reshipped.

When you place an order, we will ESTIMATE shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date ESTIMATES may appear on the shipping quotes page. Delivery dates are ESTIMATED and NOT GUARANTEED.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the product’s weight and delivery location. Shipping cost are paid to carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

PLEASE NOTE: Eccentric Decals IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if they order is delayed by the carrier as long as Eccentric Decals has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.


Returns Policy

Decals are made when you place an order according to your color and size specification. We do not keep an inventory of decals to be sold hence we DO NOT accept returns or exchange. Be sure to double check your order before checkout.


-If you were sent the wrong order. Your have 14 days from the delivery date to request a replacement.

-If you provided an incorrect shipping address which causes the package to be returned to us and you chose not to pay to have the package reshipped. You will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
